Award-winning architect Jamie Serra uses his love of sailing and swimming to create dream-worthy homes in Ibiza. That love is more than evident at this plot in Cap Martinet. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows flood bedrooms with light, while sliding doors can be pushed all the way back to create an open-sided living room. A bright yellow sofa occupies most of the living space - and rather than turned at the TV, it looks straight out over the infinity pool. The modern kitchen has views of the water too, with glimpses of the sea just visible over the palm trees. Interiors mesh the white Balearic style with influences from India. A painted elephant statue sits next to multi-coloured cloth deck chairs on the outdoor patio, a taxidermy peacock keeps an eye on proceedings in an open double bedroom, and intricate tapestries hang above a white bed.
*The pool is not fenced in so small children should be kept an eye on
*Some of the bedroom's en-suites are open or with glass walls
*The only dining table is the alfresco set underneath the canopy – inside there is seating at the breakfast bar
*The master bedroom has views over the road – and can be seen from the road
