The house also features an extra-large Sunroom with a selection of easy-chairs & a well-stocked bookshelf. The Sitting Room features a high ceiling & a large alcove window, which makes the room bright & airy during the daytime. In the evening, light the gas coal-effect fire to transform the room into a cosy space to curl up with a movie or a good book. There are three double bedrooms, providing amble accommodation. Rathnure is nestled on the east side of the Blackstairs Mountain, offering stunning views, peaceful surroundings and plenty of opportunities for walks and nature-watching. There are lots of walking routes nearby, from relaxing to challenging. Enniscorthy town is just a short drive away, offering pubs, restaurants and shopping. There are several golf courses within easy reach, including 18-hole courses at Enniscorthy Golf Club and Carrigleade Golf Club in Graiguenamanagh. This house is in a remote location. As such, private transport is essential. There is plenty of parking space and security gates will keep your cars safe.
One pet is permitted. Note that while the property is private and features security gates, only an open fence (as shown in one photo) separates the garden from surrounding fields. As such, pets need to be kept secure.
